My socks don't fit. Help!
We're so sorry about that! Our socks are one-size-fits-most and based around AUS feet sizing. If your socks don't fit please reach out and let us know. We will give you a partial refund of 20% and you can re-gift them to a friend! Or if you would like your money back in full please send them back, once we received them back in their original state - we will refund you. All returns postage must be paid by you and we cannot refund any postage costs of products.
How long do I have to return an item?
You must send your item back along with the returns form, within 14 days of receiving the order. All the returns items must have the original packaging.
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
Sorry we don’t do exchanges just yet! If your item is faulty and you need to request a new one of the same type, please download our returns form and contact us via our contact page.
You sent me the wrong item!
We totally blanked, sorry about that! Fill in our returns form and put the code down for 'wrong item’.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes but hurry! You can only cancel within 24 hours after the initial order.

Unless we are replacing your product, postage costs must be paid by you. We do not refund returns postage.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it and packed back into the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, returns form completed and proof of postage.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next 7 days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our contact page.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
